Sides not available with this Special) Buffalo Fritter-dilla: Breaded chicken tenderloins tossed in buffalo sauce, with cheddar jack cheese and shredded lettuce, grilled “quesadilla style”, with a side of blue cheese Tuna Sandwich: Tuna salad and Monterey Jack cheese, with lettuce and tomato on Wheatberry bread Poor Man's Cordon Bleu: A fried chicken cutlet, topped with sliced ham and melted Swiss, with lettuce, tomato, onion, and ranch dressing, on a kaiser roll Hot Dog Reuben: One of our HUGE hotdogs, topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing SUPPER SELECTS Chef Salad: One of our huge Skylands Salads, topped with ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, American cheese, hard boiled egg crumbles, and ranch dressing. Trout: Grilled Trout with sides of vegetables and scalloped potatoes. Fried Chicken: A classic fresh fried chicken dinner. Our four piece meal is cooked with our own extra crispy recipe. Meal includes a Breast, Thigh, Wing, and Drumstick. (sorry. No substitutions). Served with scalloped potatoes and vegetables. Italian Pork Loin: Tender slices of slow roasted pork loin, topped with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and marinara sauce, served with vegetables and scalloped potatoes.
